Everyone should be able to shop here, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

The standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website. That is the standard most accessibility laws and guidance point to, including in the United States and Australia.

What we have done so far

Text and buttons meet the minimum colour contrast. Every page can be used with a keyboard, and you can always see where you are on the page. Scrolling text can be paused, and it stops moving if your device is set to reduce motion. Videos with speech have captions. Images that carry information have text descriptions. Forms have labels and tell you when something needs fixing.

We last tested the site on 24 September 2026, with automated checks and by hand.

Known gaps

Some parts of the site come from other companies: checkout and payments are run by Shopify, product reviews by Judge.me, and our sign-up form by Klaviyo. We choose partners who work to the same standard, but we do not control their code. If something there gets in your way, tell us and we will help you finish your order another way.

Something not working?

Email hello@uncrumpled.com.au with the page and what happened. A real person reads it, and we aim to reply within two business days. We can also take your order by email if the site is not working for you.
